A refill guarantee is the warranty on an SMM order. Panels offer refill windows — 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, or 'lifetime' — during which they top up any drops back to the delivered count. Refill can be manual (open a ticket) or automatic (auto-refill polls the start count). The guarantee is only as strong as the panel's willingness to honour it, which is why reviews matter more than marketing.
